All items are sent from the UK via Royal Mail using a Signed and Tracked Service. A signature is required upon receipt.
We will only ship to the delivery address provided on the order. Please ensure this is correct. Changes to the address via phone or email after the order has been placed will not be accepted. The order would need to be fully refunded and placed again correctly.
The buyer will receive a tracking number upon despatch which can be used on Royal Mail’s website to track the journey.

Taxes & Duties
International customers (outside of the UK and EU) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Perfectfringe Limited, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons we only offer refunds/exchanges on hair products that have not been opened, tried on, worn or tampered with. All packaging must be returned with any return or exchange. Please note if you choose a 'free shipping' option, a fee will be deducted to cover original shipping costs if you return for a refund only. Please email email@example.com for a returns address. Ensure to include your full name, order number, order date, email address and reason for return. Express Service is NOT refundable.
Exceptions: We cannot accept Returns or Exchanges where any of the following changes were requested: A change of hair texture, a base size which was not on the website drop down options, a colour that was not on the colour chart option, any items where the following extras were selected: Colour Mix.
Returns will be processed within 2 working days of receipt. Please allow a further 7 working days for the funds to be returned to your bank account.
The Buyer is responsible for return postage and must use a Trackable Service. Perfectfringe Ltd is not responsible for any Returns that go missing. The buyer would be required to make a claim to the shipping courier for loss.
Important: When returning from outside the UK, then please ensure that you complete the customs form correctly (if outside of the EU) to reflect that the contents of the package are a customer return, with no sale value. Perfectfringe Ltd are not responsible for any such charge. Should the returned package attract a customs charge upon entry to the the UK, then the package will automatically be returned back to you by the postal service before reaching us.
